Cathy Blair created her named continuity fund at JFCS in loving tribute to her remarkable parents. Felton William McCoy was born in 1917 on a farm in Farwell, Texas. Felton was 13 when his mother died giving birth to her seventh child. In October 1998, then-JFCS Board member Linda Kalinowski, an attorney, and her husband, Tom, a chemical engineer, established their named continuity fund to assist victims of domestic violence.
