Seniors·At·Home helps older adults live safe, healthy, independent lives in their own homes. We know how hard it can be to ask for and find the help you need for yourself or a loved one. With one phone call, Seniors·At·Home gives you the tools you need to make the right decisions for you.

Questions are answered in person or by phone about community resources, including assistance in finding appropriate and affordable housing.
Individual and family consultations are available at seniors? homes, in residential facilities and at our offices on issues of aging and long-term planning.
Relatives living far from older family members can find services through our links with over 100 family service agencies.
Community forums and individual consultation focus on ways to plan ahead for a secure future.
Professional staff come to your home, at your convenience, to review aspects of your home and lifestyle that impact your ability to live a safe, healthy, independent life. A written plan can be developed for you. |

JFCS RIDES provides rides to medical appointments, shopping and social events to those receiving Seniors·At·Home services.
Geriatric specialists provide counseling and support groups to help seniors and their families with the challenges of aging, retirement, family and marital communication, caregiving and bereavement.
Workshops, seminars and forums cover a full range of issues to help you and your loved ones plan for aging. These include Aging in Place, Should You Get Long Term Care Insurance, and Preparing Your Advanced Health Care Directives.
When needed, Seniors·At·Home will become a conservator to care for individuals at extreme physical, emotional and financial risk.

Professionals will link you to appropriate local services for bill paying, deposits and medical claims management. When necessary, staff can act as durable power of attorney or as trustees.
Geriatric Social Workers provide assessment and links to local home care resources for those needing help at home to manage daily life or for those recuperating from an illness or hospitalization.
Volunteers offer holiday outreach, friendship, companionship and support to those who are isolated.
Elderly Holocaust survivors will find help with reparations and documentation, financial aid, counseling and support from experienced social workers.
