1. Twenty one thousand square foot building (Western Addition): Daily night service is provided, as well as outside window washing and carpet shampooing quarterly. Daily tasks include:

• Vacuuming
• Cleaning and sanitizing 9 restrooms
• Cleaning approximately 90 offices and cubicles as well as 5 conference rooms
• Dusting
• Emptying trash and recycling receptacles
• Cleaning and sanitizing lunchroom and mini kitchen

2. Nine thousand square foot building (Sunset District): Daily service is provided, as well as bi-weekly stripping and waxing of floors and quarterly window washing. Daily tasks include:

• Vacuuming
• Cleaning and sanitizing 4 bathrooms
• Cleaning and sanitizing a large kitchen serving over 100 meals a day
• Dusting
• Emptying trash and recycling receptacles
• Cleaning and sanitizing coffee area

3. 40-unit apartment complex (Pacific Heights): This upscale apartment complex is serviced twice weekly. Tasks include:

• Vacuuming
• Dusting
• Changing light bulbs and minor repairs
• Emptying trash and recycling receptacles
• Mopping and sweeping floors where appropriate

4. Construction clean up: One time and on-going Construction clean-up is provided for many Bay Area firms. Tasks include:

• Stripping and sealing bathroom floors
• Stripping, sealing and waxing hardwood floors
• Cleaning floors using non-abrasive cleaning solutions
• Washing and cleaning outside windows
• Shampooing carpets
• Dusting, polishing and vacuuming where appropriate
